Yesterday I cooked something what can be called “pacham”. This term actually was coined by my father whenever he experiments with all the ingredients in the fridge. Pacham means Pachambahan (chance of luck). My dad is a Kapampangan (and I am not, I’m Filipino) so you should have guessed by now how good of a cook he is (well that’s what they say of Kapampangan’s).

I love to shoot pictures and one of my favorite features of Canon Ixus 70 is its long shutter mode. Basically, the term long shutter refers to the lapsed time frame of the shutter to close after it was exposed to light. This makes it really a big advantage especially if you are in a situation where lighting is a problem because of insufficiency. Long shutter makes it possible to accommodate as much light as possible to make your pictures really stand out amidst pitch black darkness.
