Friendster Has a New Look – Log on to Your Account

Have you recently visited Friendster? Well I decided to log on to my account this morning and I was surprised to see Friendster’s new look. It is far better than its previous template and gives you more curves and colors. The flower images in the background seems to project a fresh outlook and new beginning for Friendster. We know for the fact that the website is currently becoming less and less popular due to competition with Facebook. A lot of my friends have already admitted transferring to Facebook and abandoned their Friendster accounts.

Previously I have written an article about Facebook vs Friendster and it is a good thing that I see that the latter is considering a template revamp to at least attract new or old account members. If you will log on to your old Friendster account, you will definitely notice some similarities with the template of Facebook but it really does not matter. If you are comfortable with the change then good for you.

How about you, will you maintain your Friendster account in light of this change?

  3. I’ve just read Friendster’s announcement of the changes in my inbox. I actually logged on last week after being inactive for a long time, but I got a virus warning from other’s profile when I opened it. So now, I am considering a new account to see that new look. Haven’t decided yet, though.

  4. Well the look is kinda refreshing but it’s obvious the change is very similar to Facebook’s layout hehe.
