Michael,
Up to 2Mbps is the max, not the min, so pwede ka magkaroon kahit 1kbps, in technical terms, accepted pa yun kasi ang promise nila is UP TO 2mpbs.

for everyone here in this thread may I say na, would you agree if payagan nila na mag palit nang plan ang SUBSCRIBER na may problem sa plan na kinuha niya. Because of the good sales talker I also have been blinded by the
" UP TO 2 MBPS " which really means " UP TO 200 KBPS " and seriously people if they want to sell this SHARE IT PRODUCT why use " UP TO 2 MBPS " and not " UP TO 200 KBPS " does this mean they really meant to do it? I am also a subscriber of the Share IT plan that can't satisfy my needs. Before applying to this Plan I told the agent if pede pa magpakabit nang CANOPY, because before yun ang gamit ko which sabi nung sales talker na hindi na daw nila inooffer yun? SHOCKS, I say pitty to that sales talker who deceived me. WTF !

If smartbro is location dependent why are they still offering it? I think they oversell their service.

Overall, Smartbro-ken has a poor management in terms of ensuring customer satisfaction as well as in choosing the right people to respond to technical support requests.

I don't think it has something to do with the service. Mga 5 months na ako naka Smart Bro share it and it's doing fine. Yuo can read the reviews in tipidpc.com and you will see na location dependent and excellent service. Nope, I'm sorry I do not promote Smart and hindi nila ako binayaran, I'm just a regular subscriber. In fact you will see na may review rin ako sa Sun Broadband. Now Share it is consistently slowing down, maybe may mga nagpakabit na rin na iba dito sa area namin. I am thinking of going back to Smart Canopy. I personally do not think na may matinong ISP dito sa Pilipinas. Cheers!
