What Sleeping Pills Work?
Are you having sleepless nights? Enough of those hours and hours of stressful bed tumbling that gets you nowhere. I am sure you consider sleepless nights to be the culprit for your tired morning wake ups and moody days. Well I was a victim too but I have discovered some natural and seemingly effective ways to get that good night sleep.
Insomnia is a condition when one cannot simply sleep at night or cannot maintain the rhythm of his natural sleep patterns. You might be one of the many millions of people who can’t sleep and you are not alone. Of course you know that there are sleeping pills that you can buy over the counter. But what really works? I can give you three of my top choices that you can take to get you sleeping at night.
1. Leizenzi Herbal Sleeping Pills. I bought my first 10 capsules from Mercury Drug store. It costs about P13 or about $0.30. It is actually pretty cheap for a sleeping pill but it is not considered to be one. It is a natural extract from Mushroom Xylaria Nigripes. My verdict? After about an hour of taking it, I started to feel sleepy and had very refreshing mornings.
2. Sleepasil sleeping pills. I do not remember buying this one from a drug store because my sister got 5 capsules from the promotional booths in her school. I have seen Sleepasil before and is available from Mercury Drug so I guess it is a credible product. The verdict? It took me about 2 – 3 hours before I got sleepy that first night. However the next morning when I woke up, it was so hard to get going and reactivate my energy since I was still very sleepy a few more hours later. At least it works, kinda exaggerated though.
3. My last sleeping pill product to recommend is not actually a pill, it is a coffee brand. Have you seen the Nescafe 3 in 1 Relax? It contains Chamomile extracts which supposed to be is the main sleeping ingredient. It worked and still works for me. The aroma of Nescafe Relax is so relaxing it is enough to make you sleepy. It is non-caffeinated. However, it costs about 2 times more than the usual Nescafe 3 in 1.
Sleep deprivation can lead to many health complications. Make sure to get good sleeps every night by trying these natural sleeping pills and sleeping coffee mixes.

I should have bought Nescafe 3 in 1 Relax when I was in Davao last July. I prefer this than any pills, though I didn’t know it helps with sleeping problems. I often blog about my hard time getting sleep at nights.
