Due to my online work, I sit in front of a computer for about 12 hours or so. Actually, my work only takes about 5 hours to complete and the remaining 7 hours is allotted to improving and posting articles on this website (and playing games hehe). With 12 hours of thigh numbing sitting, I usually develop lower back aches. So what’s the best way to relieve it? Going to a spa. And my favorite spa is Wensha in Timog Quezon City.
